@PHYNO........Phyno, whose real name is Chibuzor Nelson Azubuike, is a Nigerian rapper, singer, songwriter, and record producer. Born on October 9, 1986, in Enugu State, Nigeria, he is originally from Anambra State. His stage name, Phyno, comes from the word "phenomenal", a nickname given to him by a friend during his school days. Phyno started his music career as a producer in 2003 before transitioning into rapping in 2010. He is known for rapping primarily in Igbo, blending it with Nigerian Pidgin. His debut studio album, "No Guts No Glory", was released in 2014, featuring hit singles like "Ghost Mode," "Man of the Year," "Parcel," and "O Set". Over the years, Phyno has collaborated with several top Nigerian artists, including Olamide, Timaya, Flavour, P-Square, and 2Baba. He has also ventured into acting, appearing in Genevieve Nnaji’s movie "Lionheart" in 2018.
